Location: Scarth Street and 12th Avenue

This is an outside mall/shopping environment.  This was formerly named the Scarth Street Mall because the mall sits on Scarth Street. The whole block of this mall is a pedestrian only street. The 1800 block was converted into a pedestrian mall in 1975. The 1900 block faces the east side of Victoria Park. There are two important heritage buildings on the 1800 block - the Old Post Office building, & the Northern Bank Building.
